We have made arrangements with the Courtyard by Marriott, Dallas Ft. Worth / Bedford for a block of rooms for the conference.
The hotel is located at 2201 Airport Freeway, Bedford, TX.
It is very close to DFW airport and only about 1.5 miles from St. Vincent’s Cathedral. The pre-negotiated rate is $99 per night, plus tax. However, as we are a 501(c)(3) Religious / Charitable Organization, we are exempt from the Hotel Occupancy Tax. We will be sending out Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption forms to those who register and will be coming from out of town, about a week or so before the conference. You will need to fill out the form and present it to the clerk at the front desk upon check-in.

- To make a reservation, call the hotel and tell them that you are with the Vergers Guild Group. The number for the hotel is: (817) 952-1002. Let them know that the rate is supposed to be $99 per night for a King Room. If the front desk clerk has any questions, advise them to contact Katina Pesina, Assistant G.M.
- The hotel provides shuttle service from & to DFW airport for those of you flying in from out of town. Upon getting to Baggage Claim, call the hotel at (817) 952-1002 and let them know what terminal you have arrived at and that you need a shuttle pick-up. Also ask them where the shuttle will pick you up at for that terminal. On Sunday, 9/13/26, after the conclusion of the 10:00am Mass, the hotel will provide shuttle service back to DFW FROM the HOTEL. You SHOULD NOT make any return flight arrangements PRIOR to 1:00pm.
- On Saturday & Sunday mornings, the hotel will provide shuttle service from the hotel to St. Vincent’s Cathedral if you don’t have a rental car and need a ride to the church.
- Included in your rate is a cooked to order breakfast (NOT a breakfast buffet).
